Nice Thursday

Cristie & I spent the day in San Francisco.  Again, we were taking pictures of each other with lenses we wanted to experiment with.

I took this picture of Cristie with a tiny 40 year old manual-focus lens.  Of course, the equipment doesn't matter when you have the right model.

Cristie retaliated with this picture taken across the same table.

Later I was struck by the juxtaposition of this lady and the poster in the bus stop.  This picture was challenging to take because I had to stand in the middle of the street manually focusing hoping that (1) she wouldn't notice me and (2) I wouldn't get run over.

We spent the afternoon in the Japanese Tea Garden in Golden Gate Park.  Cristie got this lovely shot of a buddha's hand.
